This live 60-hour pre-license principles of real estate course prepares students to become real estate sales agents in the State of Mississippi.

The goal of the 60-hour principles of real estate sales agent course is to familiarize the student with key concepts in the areas of real estate and real estate law, finance overview, agency law, lending overview, common law and statutory law, and state real estate rules and regulations. Moreover, the course explores a full range of real estate principles and application of real estate ethics.

This course meets for two weeks, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., for six hours per class period. There will be one additional class day held for a review of the state licensing examination. This review is OPTIONAL.
